There is hardly a manufacturing application that isn’t suitable for laser technology so Trumpf has scheduled a three day technology event (7-9 December 2010) at its Luton Technology Centre for anyone wishing to evaluate the latest industrial laser processes for their production needs.

The subjects to be covered are:

Tuesday 7th December
Laser powder deposition, laser welding, laser marking and fine precision laser cutting, both 2D and 3D.

Wednesday 8th December
Laser micro-machining

Thursday 9th December
Laser powder deposition, laser welding, laser marking and fine precision laser cutting, both 2D and 3D

Delegates to the free seminars will also have the opportunity to see the TruLaser Cell 3010 for the first time in the UK. It features up to six axes and is designed for 2D and 3D processing of large workpieces. Sample parts and prototypes as well as small and medium runs can be economically and accurately welded, cut or drilled on the machine.
