Attendees at the forthcoming Aero Engineering 2010 Supply Chain Fair and Business Briefing, being held at the NEC Birmingham on September 29th and 30th, can tap into essential supply chain business intelligence and core technology presentations.
Ian Stone, event director, explained: “For both delegates to the Business Briefing sessions and visitors to the show floor exhibits and programmes, Aero Engineering 2010 will concentrate on the critical information needs of engineering and business teams up and down the UK aerospace supply chain.”
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural Manchester-based event, the 2010 Aero Engineering (co-locating with The Composites Engineering Show 2010) event provides a combination of specialist features:
A showcase of some 150 specialist exhibitors on the show floor; a two day Open Forum of ‘free to attend’ technology presentations in the two purpose-built auditoriums; a Strategic Delegate business briefing programme hosted in the 400 seat briefings auditorium with participation from BAE Systems, Airbus CIMPA, BIS, UKTI, Midlands Aerospace Alliance, North West Aerospace Alliance, Rolls-Royce, Marshall Aerospace, PRI, National Composites Centre, Thyssen Krupp, GKN, and others; an integrated B2B meetings portal – facilitating hundreds of pre-planned onsite meetings between attendee groups: and co-location with the new Composites Engineering Show, bringing together the UK composites design and manufacturing value chain.
Mr Stone continued: “The 2010 event provides a diversity of content for attendee groups and if your business is part of the aerospace engineering supply chain then quite simply you have to be at the show. It is the only 100% engineering-centric business development, networking and intelligence event of its kind servicing the needs of the UK high value aerospace engineering sector.”
Entry to the show floor exhibits and open technology programmes carries no cost, however the organisers recommend attendees pre-register online to receive advanced badges for fast track entry and have the opportunity to make up to 10 individual advanced meeting requests through the B2B meetings portal.
