Italian tube forming and cutting machine manufacturer, Pedrazzoli IBP, has appointed Accurate Cutting Services as UK representative for its tube manipulation equipment.

Accurate Cutting Services has carried the Pedrazzoli range of sawing machines, cutting lines and spare parts for some years and with the tube manipulation equipment on board the company can now offer the complete service.

Pedrazzoli has recently developed a new generation of machines for bending applications called Bend Master 45. Available in clockwise and counter clockwise versions the machine features fully electrical operation and a bending capacity up to 45mm tube diameter.

The machine function uses the latest generation of Fanuc control packages and requires no manual adjustment of tooling allowing for greater repeatability than with hydraulic machines. With the current trend towards smaller batch quantities and more frequent machine set-ups, rapid tool changes and guaranteed repeatability without manual adjustment is a definite advantage.

The Fanuc control package is integrated with the Pedrazzoli Intelligent Motion System (IMS) so that real time movement control is carried out with 3D graphical programming. The control also allows the real time calculation of energy costs for each piece made by the machine.
