Successful showcase for Mapal at MACH

With MACH 2024 attracting large volumes of visitors and over 450 exhibitors, Mapal had a busy stand throughout the week with a large amount of interest in its tooling solutions on display.

Showcased were focus areas covering fluid power, automotive, e-mobility, aerospace and Mapal’s latest Innovations for 2024. Other products were featured for milling, drilling, boring, reaming, fine boring, clamping, and hard machining applications.

Live tooling demos running over the week with various machine tool builders allowed visitors the opportunity to catch a glimpse of Mapal tooling in action. Demonstrations included the machining representation of an aircraft wingspar with Heller Machine Tools, an aerospace demo with Mazak that included the PowerSpeed PCD Face Mill and newly released OptiMill-Alu-Wave Milling Cutter. Mapal’s solid carbide and indexable tooling solutions for milling steel was demonstrated and presented on the Mills CNC Stand.

Eugene Nugent, Mapal UK national sales manager commented: “Throughout the week at Mach 2024, Mapal received a very high number of visitors attending the exhibition. It was a pleasure to welcome local, regional, and international visitors onto our stand to enable us to showcase our latest innovations and complete tooling portfolio.

“The team took much pride in the positive response to our stand and received a large amount of interest in our special tooling solutions along with sector-specific technology. Our tooling focuses covering Automotive, Aerospace and Fluid Power have already led to a number of enquiries and orders.

The variety of technology exhibited at the show allowed our expert team of Engineers to effectively demonstrate and explain Mapal’s tooling capabilities to the wider audience. Many visitors were able to recognise our full potential as a technology partner and the investment that goes into our Research and Development which underpins MAPAL’s tooling prowess.”
